I'll say this as a Black man that lives in Chicago this is not his fault. This has been going on for Years. Mayor after Mayor after Mayor before him... But with that said I'm tired of Black Mayor's in this city. They do absolutely nothing. 💯 He talks big but I really don't think he knows what he's doing.
