Thanks for this video. There's a lot of confusion out there on charging the Spectres. A couple people said the RAVPower would work but it's good to see it in action and also know that it's got good enough output to be really useful. Very helpful that you gave the model number too. I'll give it a shot and hope my results mirror yours!

hey thanks for the helpfull video,

btw the reason why the HP does often charge when its of but not when its own is:
Some customers were complaining that the display is flickereing from time to time when using not the original HP charger. Therefor HP disabled charging while on with 3rd party charges. Then they startet to enable it via BIOS updates for at least USB PD chargers which supports 20V

THANK YOU MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO.
I'm about to fly to Singapore from South Africa (18 hour total flight time), and I was shopping around for a PowerBank that can handle both my Macbook Pro and Nintendo Switch, while I'm on the plane. Your video just saved me a lot of confusion and grief... Thank you so much! I'm planning to get the Romoss Sense 6 (20000mAh). It's super affordable in my region. I'm willing to give up speed for more capacity at a lower price!

Would have been good if you had shown it really charging by showing the laptop screen, mine is not working with power bank and hard to find something in action

Think of lecture hall case , 6 wall outlets and 200 students, many in their 4th year with the inbuild laptop batteries that are shot... i found the jgotech was ok with hp kept 100 % home charges for as long as i was on line hours that day .... hours...., surface pro's didnt accept charge for very long, await support to see if theres a fault or if this is known, they sell with surface adapter so it should work , 110w seems the strongest thats allowed on a plane.

I just bought a powerbank with Power delivery with usb c output. The manual says that the usb-c port is a both output and input port (only one port). When i plug it into my laptop my power bank gets charged instead. I would like to charge my computer. Is it possible for anyone? For some reason the same powerbank can charge via the other usb-a output... The laptop says it is slower but it still charges. Thanks!

Most helpful video I have found on this subject. I have a question, maybe you could help out.
I'm buying the usb c Ravpower, and was wondering how it would do while. Charging from the HP laptops usb c charger. Would it negotiate voltage properly?
Hope you can answer or even make a video!!

Will most 💻 change to usb c charging? My current Dell laptop power brick is 45w I can guess normal laptop are around this area more or less. Usb c can handle 100w so will most 💻 change to usb c soon enough?
