Older guy here at twice your age. When I was 24, making money online was not an easy option. A side hustle was a weekend part time job. Investing was nothing like it is right now where you can trade using your i-phone. Back in the day you had to call a person at a brokerage to make trades at $25+ per trade. Thanks for making great videos like these. Most people just have their main job and invest into their 401k and housing which is not liquid. If you lose one stream of income, the others may be able to allow you to get for the month.

You're way ahead of the game Dalton. If you don't have a real good tax preparer, I would encourage you to find one. So many tax benefits for real estate losses, depreciation, repairs, etc. You can't beat determination, hard work and intelligence. Best wishes

Hey great video I’m currently 22 as of September 25th recently earned my first 6 figures from dividend investing I chose 5 stocks I like and consume and enjoy and brought shares every week from my trading profits and as I got paid from my 9-5 hope to make 200k by next year my biggest position of life savings is realty income nice monthly payer I have 1509 shares of realty income for me my goal is to get to 10, 000 shares which is half a million second largest position is Coca Cola with 784 shares not stopping anytime soon plus I have a 4 year old daughter who I try to do the most I can for her and my lady

Really good video, it's important that beginners know these basis strategies that can assist them with their trade career. It requires a lot, I guess many make losses due to lack of skills to handle their tradings.
