I am a subscriber of her Vintage Home Designs and just love her home and style aesthetic. Because of her I started collecting the thread and yarn balls and have them in a basket next to a rattan rocker . Just love the simple, textural element. Also filled my patio fireplace with terra cotta pots like her. Such unique ways of displaying items. I too, adore tablescapes and thrifting. Two of my favorite pastimes. The stool is such a study in the beauty of decay. Love it! The carriage doors make the space a one of a kind room. I will stop. as I could go on and on . There is nothing I do not love about this home.

At first, I thought I was not going to enjoy this home tour. I thought, "Aren't we done with farmhouse?", but Michele's home transcends trends and is absolutely beautiful! What a great presentation of her first floor. This home had a welcome element that I adored. I don't dwell on negative and look for the ideas that suit me best. I always get so excited when I see her home tour! It’s very cozy & welcoming. Michele proves that farmhouse is still here & not going anywhere! Also she sticks to being yourself & not doing trends just because others are! Using worn old pieces keeps it so charming! This home is in my favorite top five!
