Perfect timer without all the distraction. Sweeeet!

The pomodoro technique is pretty helpful! I think the lights is a cool option so you can bring the timer to libraries and whatnot :)

I actually think that no sound is more useful because if you really do get into your session, you can STAY focused and you might realize later that you surpassed your time which is actually a good thing (you were being more productive), and you can give yourself a break AFTER you realize that your session is over

Why not just use a regular timer/stopwatch anyone can buy for $1 at Walmart?

I'm actually amazed that a 15 year old came up with it. I actually had a similar idea once.

That's a kitchen timer with LED lights. Except it doesn't ring at the end.

I don't know how to say but I can feel and see that how hard is to give up on Plastic surgery and i amreally amazed and think if I person on that level high, an ordinary person like me wana go at that peak, and left that field and persua his dream or in which his heart say this is right to do. Despite of everything. Really appreciated. Its really hard. No one can do that in my opinion. I just wana say that, hope yu reading this, u should go in psychiatry. U have really good communication skills and brilliant mind. You should give a try. Its a advice i am just saying u have to go into it if u want to
. Cheers. Happy holidays. Ur well wisher. Ur follower.

The thing about the phone is 100% relatable.

So, I actually think not having a timer could actually make you productive. Hear me out.. if, before doing you work, you put your phone or anything distracting out of the room your working in, and because you have to stay in the room in order to see the 5 min timer go off, it would prevent you from going the room with your phone or other distracting things.. especially if you make it your goal to always start working again right when the timer is complete. Since they have the app now, you can track yourself later and make sure your sticking with you goal.

i think some form of Bluetooth or Wifi connectivity to an apple watch or fitbit could solve the Rest timer dilemma. You could go around the house/office/library and then get notified when you need to get back.

But on a less serious note, Who really does stick to the 5 minute break? hahaha

Hi Kevin :)

I hope this does not come off the wrong way, but I can't help but think about the dietary switch you made a few weeks back. I do not suffer from any form of chronic disease and am sympathetic to the struggles and frustrations that come along with it. I truly cannot imagine what people go through having a chronic disease. I do understand why consuming animal products and byproducts are so enticing (I was a total bacon lover five years ago), and I would imagine more so if someone has felt restricted from those products. Having your chronic disease tried into it, I would imagine that magnifies your choice to switch more than anything. But what still boggles my mind and strains my heart is when I see very rational and intelligent people, like yourself, make dietary choices similar to the one you made. Admittedly, most of the rational and intelligent people I am referring to do not have a chronic disease or any health complications. I may be completely wrong, but I would guess that during your time being a plant-based eater you got a glimpse into the practices that go on in animal agriculture. The word of vegan has the prominent ethical and dietary aspects to it with a significant amount of overlap. I think I struggle with your case in particular since it at least seemed like you were doing well and you were so excited to eat a big slab of meat. I may be wrong, again, and none of your subscribers has the right to know your medical information. However, with what was presented in the video, I can't help but think that you wanted to ignore the needless suffering that is occurring in animal agriculture to please your taste buds more so than anything.

I am a fan of your work and hope to see your goals accomplished. If you are willing and able to respond, I really would be interested in what your perspective is.

Take care!
