Lucie, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your videos. There is so much info out there, it gets confusing. I began seeing a nutritionist this year and it's been super helpful. Hi Lucie, love your videos! Very informative as educative for someone who’s always had a complicated relationship with food. I’m actually in Paris for the next 3 months and I was wondering if you know of any healthy places to get a quick breakfast or sandwich on the go? Sometimes I don’t have time to make myself healthy food, so I was just curious if you have any go-to places for healthy options. I have some video suggestions, maybe it will inspire you ☺

I would be interested to see some practical tips & tricks how to eat as much different food as possible. I've read about one indigenous group of people who eat over 600 different (plant-based) food and how incredibly diverse their gut microbiome was. Even if I try hard I feel I don't eat that variously. Not to mention busy schedule and the fact that I don't really enjoy cooking. Maybe some hacks? (If they exist 😅)

Another thing that I would like to hear more is balance between healthy lifestyle and social life. Drinking, sleeping and eating out. I was struggling with it this summer and I tended to feel gulity afterwards.
