So basically the more volatile an asset is, the more interesting automated bot DCA Strategies and automated GRID strategies become since they profit even more, the more volatile an asset ist.

Otherwise a volatile asset should be chose, when you dont need the investment back at random moments since you might need to wait for the price to behave normal again, which should happen rather soon anyway, since the market is volatile.

So I now wonder: Are there any disadvantages to volatility, except for the chart becoming a little bit more difficult to read?
