This doesn't work well when you are trying to move this animation to a location that's not in the middle of the screen. Any help on how to fix this?

What do I do if the text won't scale in the same place? I have a text box that I want to start big and end small at the same point on the screen (bottom center), but whenever I try to scale it or rotate it, it moves toward the top of the screen. I didn't change any settings and this doesn't happen with some of my other text boxes, so why does it do this? Is it a bug?

1. Use the Transform effect to animate the zoom (PPro > Effects > Distort > Transform).
2. Keyframe the Scale parameter with two keyframes: one with a big percent >100% and the next one to 100%. Adjust timing to your liking.
3. Select 1st keyframe, right-click and set to Ease Out.
4. Select 2nd keyframe, right-click and set to Ease In.
5. Increase Shutter Angle parameter to add motion blur.
