Geez. I never knew John redid Humble Pie. I think Marriot's version is better. But the original is always the best. John is talented, too. I just think we should leave this song to good ol Humble Pie.

Who is doin all that great slide guitar?? Really a nice touch, it grows on you. I saw Humble Pie do this in Germany a couple times which of course is untouchable. But this is a great version.

He kept saying Durban noise and some Urban poison ! It's actually Urban noise and Durban poison." If you live on the road, well there's a new highway code. You take the Urban noise with some Durban poison it's gonna lessen your load" I like John Cougar and it's a decent version but it doesn't come close to Humble Pie and the great Steve Marriott who is one of the greatest rock singers of all time and yes I've heard em all.

Wtf. Tempo is way too fast. Ruins the blues feel completely. Mellencamp can't even keep up. Phrasing is off because of the frantic pace.
