Got interested in this hobby 10 yrs ago .. got discouraged with cloudy scottish sky's and sold all my kit. Came across your channel by chance after being inspired by a bortle 2 sky 2 hrs from my house and now I'm looking to repurchase a few bits n bobs.
Love this channel and your approach. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos.

I stacked 500 to 1000 lights and got huge datails of Laggon, Triffid, Eagle, Omega Nebulae (135-200mm from 1.3 to 2s f/2.8 and iso 1600). First tracked so far, I did Lagoon Nebula (f/5.6 iso 800 and 30s at 200mm) and the results were very simular to untracked.

Hi Nico, thank you for hanging out with us and not leaving us behind by using huge telescopes and very expensive gear. 😊

Week 9 of appreciating Five Minute Fridays

Also this is really helpful as I have a really tight budget to work with and can’t spend much on stuff like star trackers so thanks!

Thanks for your work. I tried Andromeda untracked and my friends / family were amazed by the result. Little do they know I simply followed your tutorial!

Nice job Nico. Good thing is, we can reshoot these targets year after year and improve as our skills improve. 👍

Great choices Nico.
Not sure how they'd be untracked, but my current summer targets (tracked) from my position of c.51N (South East UK) are in Hercules and Ursa Major - M13 (Hercules Star Cluster which I think is just a fantastic sight), the Pinwheel Galaxy and my personal favourite of all, the Whirlpool Galaxy.

I absolutely love astronomy, I live in the southern hemisphere and don't have much equipment but I follow the path of the stars each night and check up on the differences between the stations too. Thanks for the video!
