Incremental healing is the slowest way to get rid of your symptoms. #shorts #healing

There's not one thing that you can do to heal your gut and regain your health.

The number one thing patients ask me is what specific foods to eat, what supplements to take, and what tests they need. It's not your fault to look for such answers, as that's what we were all taught to believe. But it's the slowest way to heal.

As someone who drank the medical system cool-aid, I used to value all of the above. That protects my job as a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Registered Dietitian, and Physical Therapist.

Having been through kidney failure, transplant, then failure of transplant, and removal of transplant, I now think very differently.

Had I tried one thing at a time, I would not be where I am today, thriving despite what I've gone through.

There's a difference between incremental healing and exponential healing. I needed the latter; I had no time to waste.

That's why I don't waste time on the diets, supplements, and testing. Of course, I order them as necessary, recommend diets, and prescribe supplements. Still, more importantly, I work on the foundation pieces lacking in my patients' lives that keep them from exponential healing.

This is very hard for my patients, but it's what works. That's why I created the E.A.S.E. Method to simplify and make it easy for my patients to integrate and apply in their lives for hyper-fast healing.

I'll leave you with the question: how fast do you want to feel amazing? ❤️
