Gut gummy secret recipe

These are special, easy to make, gut gummies because they can not only help with the gut but also perfect before bed to help us calm down & sleep! YAY!

Why are these great for the gut & relaxing?
🦴 Good for the gut gelatin! It can help out gut lining stay strong which helps prevent a slew of issues (inflammation, food sensitivities, autoimmunity & more). I use grassfed beef gelatin
🍒 Tart cherry juice had melatonin which I fabulous to help is calmmmm down!
⬇️RECIPE:
•2/3 cup tart cherry juice
•1/2 cup blueberries
•1/2-1 tablespoon honey
•4 tablespoons gelatin (I use grassfed beef from thrive market)
1. Place tart cherry juice and blueberries into a sauce pan, and heat over medium heat.
2. Stir blueberries, and cook until steaming & berries are soft.
3. Put tart cherry juice and blueberries into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
4. allow mixture to cool slightly.
5. Add 4 tablespoons of gelatin to blender & blend until smooth.
6. Pour mixture into candy molds, or a 9x9 glass dish work too! refrigerate for 30 minutes - an hour.
