If anyone has switched systems what did you go with? I am getting rid of my system. Spent over 10 hrs with support. Got one camera back up. Lasted 2 days and again none of them work. Ugh

You guys messed this upgrade bad, I can’t see my cameras and can’t add them gives me an error message, go back to the old app. 😡

I can’t even get the cameras to work half the time, and if they do work, they work all the time meaning they capture every movement and send a notification of my phone annoyingly. Every other time I can’t even get them below. It just goes to gray fuzzy screen. And my Internet isn’t bad Nora, my cameras very far from the Wi-Fi.
I mean, I would think across the living room isn’t too far 😒

The app used to be simple and easy to use, now you guys just make it way more complicated. Now you can only set your home address via a physical address locater, if their system does not register that address, then you will never set your home address properly, also the modes and automation are complicated af

@ARLO the new app is complete trash. Fix it or lose customers. Read reviews all over the internet. I've literally not found a single review that likes the new design. Custom schedules for individual cameras is a MUST... why would you delete that from the new app? Makes literally no sense at all.

I've updated the app on my android and iOS devices and still do not see the new version of the app, with the dashboard and different icons along the bottom. Are these only in specific markets? I ask as your A/NZ stores shows this as an option but I'm paying for something I don't have??

I have new 4 cameras waiting. Can't upgrade app, cause it hasn't come this way. Think bout taking cameras back. Hearing about complications that shouldn't be.

Update made everything far more complicated and less intuitive. The function of holding app icon to Arm All was very useful. .Now every menu option seems to send you in a pointless loop when trying to customise. Very poor design!

The new routines and automation's are 100x worse than the previous app. And the fact that you didn't import my previous settings in to the new system is criminal. You should be charged for such an egregious act.
