Of all the Star Wars super weapons, the star forge has to be my favorite. Not only in its elegant yet imposing design, but the mere image of it stripping away a star's mass to build an endless fleet is hauntingly beautiful

0:46 In this scene where the ships’s engine is starting, it needs to be slower and shows the starting process. It should be 1- starting with heating up, 2- the air coming from engine is hot, so there will be what called “heat haze” or “heat shimmer”, 3- The fire will start to appear gradually. Above all, it is beautifully done ✨

Excellent animation! I love the detail of the shipyards and of course it's great to see Revan and Malak when they first find the Star Forge before Revan cuts off his jaw.

However, I do not believe the Star Forge would be at Abo's pole... There is no way for it to cast a shadow on Lehon if that is the case, which one of the Elders complains about when begging Revan to destroy the Star Forge.

After way too much worldbuilding of the Lehon system, a Star Wars fanfic writer and myself concluded that the Star Forge likely orbits Abo at slightly less than the distance between Sol and Mercury in our own solar system. Because Lehon is the fourth planet in that system and for it to be habitable, the planets would need to be tighter packed than they are in our solar system.

Presumably the first planet, Iwar (appropriately named), got cannibalized to build the Star Forge, or the Star Forge is in one of its Lagrange points... in which case my bet is L3 since we don't see Iwar and it's an unstable enough spot for the Star Forge to immediately start falling toward Abo when its stabilizers are destroyed.

Then, given that the Lehon system has more rocky planets than gas planets, it would imply that their system has less total mass than our solar system. Which then means Abo is a lower mass star, most likely a K type star (awesome that you made Abo a redder star, though in reality that would hardly be noticeable without dimming most of the star's light or looking at what it is illuminating), which then allows tighter orbits to make more sense and that then explains how the Star Forge can cast a noticeable transit shadow on Lehon like how Venus or Mercury do on Earth.

I'm not at all suggesting that you redo the entire animation with more accurate worldbuilding, but that would admittedly be pretty epic if you did decide to do that.
