I’m really confused of this one. Wouldn’t y bar for shape 1 be 100 since it’s a triangle and 1/3 from the base? And Z bar 26.7?

I'm hoping someone to reply on this, but why did Prof Jeff find ybar and zbar on shape 1 using rectangle, isn't it triangle??

Quick question - the book shows that finding the centroid of a quarter circle is actually (4r)/(3pi). Is that correct? You show it to be 2r/pi

Shouldn't the area of 1/4th of the circle be (pi)r^2/4
