Russian here. In advantages part he was saying about clip, which is basically about Hammer's amount of shots. In video he says that with phoenix hammer doesn't have any limit for amount of shots so it never reloading. As proof, he says that the player uses demonic skins on which the recharge is visible, however, after killing the player recording the video, this animation is not present. Hence the conclusion, there is no limit on the number of shots

Opex-Rah played with Phoenix Freeze and Phoenix Thunder. These were from other videos. Initially, Phoenix Freeze has High Pressure Pump and Shock Freeze together by default. It also has a status effect but I couldn't read Russian. With Phoenix Thunder, I think Opex-Rah was hiding its true abilities. It probably shoots as fast as Smoky and I have a sneaky feeling an improved Adaptive Reload is the default. What I want to see is Phoenix Shaft and Phoenix Smoky. I "think" Phoenix Smoky will shoot like the old Smoky (both Critical shots and Impact back together) but the reload might be slightly faster than Assault Rounds and maybe an augment effect thrown in there or instead no damage drop-off in range.

I believe what this means is that there's no max number of shots in a clip. For instance Stock and most augments have 3, Blunderbuss has 1, and Duplet has 2. You fire this set amount of shots, and your clip reloads. What this may do is that it has no cap on the amount of shots (or the number is just set ludicrously high), meaning there's no clip reload, because you never empty the clip. The shot reload is a completely different parameter, meaning the time between shots. This parameter is also changed with Duplet, Hunter Duplet, and Assault Mag.
So what Phoenix does is that the time between shots is faster (shot reload), but the clip reload never happens (hence, "There is no clip")

Hey man, I hope you're having fun on your vacation. Just want you to know that I've been following you for many years now. I remember this Tanki youtuber called Jay Tanki and if I'm recalling it right I'm pretty sure he was the Zuzu clan too. I remember times when you'd almost stream for 10 hours straight on Halloween (the year when overdrives for all the hulls were released and mammoth's od was pretty broken). Yeah so I just wanted to know what happened to that guy. I've not been playing Tanki for a long time now and as I see today many of the youtubers I knew have quit and their channels don't even exist. Jay seemed like a pretty fun dude to me, just wanted to know if he quit too.

Edit: about the clip missing. On Russian it's written as "обойма", which translates to "cartrige". Y'know, like in shotguns. So it basically says "the cartrige is missing", which means that there's no reload in the first place? I dunno
