For this segment we're going to talk about micro activation.
Micro-activation is one of the unique processes behind the success of the
FPR series. Micro-activation allows us to really focus on strengthening and
conditioning the small muscles that are typically injured when you
experience things like low back pain.

If we take a look at the body, typically the muscles that you would see
when you're looking in the mirror are the large global muscles. These are
the muscles involved with very vigorous athletic activities and very
forceful physical motions. The small muscles are the ones that are
typically involved with experiencing low back pain, and those are hence the
ones that we really try to target with the FPR program through
micro-activation.
