SC resident here... You made an excellent version of our mustard sauce.... just a comment... A lot of us use it as a salad dressing... Or as a vegetable dip. . maybe the veganatics should endorse it! Keep em coming... Would love you to show this sauce on a pulled pork sandwich-- it's GUD!
