I just got the NureCover Ice bath and i'm thinking of getting a chiller once I make cold plunging part of my daily routine. Since i'm just starting I don't think I should buy the chiller just yet. I definitly need to add some ice before jumping in but i'm excited to eventually get the chiller.

Thanks so much David for yout videos by the way! I've learned so much from how cold plunges work and how to maintain them. Going to be adding some food grade hydrogen peroxide and epsom salts for sanitation/ better muscle recovery. Regretably I also got a pump to keep the water moving to help keep it clean but if I get the chiller you mentioned in this video I might not need the wave pump I just got. OH WELL!

Anyway, great videos! It's helping me out a lot!!

I have been following your videos for a good time while I have been researching cold plunges. Regardless of budget. What do you recommend? I can’t decide if I should DIY or just buy a “all in one” set.

Hi David, thanks for the content, God bless you man. Question I bought a cold plunge and I’m about to get the sep up but I want it like your cold monkey were the water pump is outside, how can I do that

Hello David… Thanks for the videos… Quick questions… Do you still consider the polar the best version out there? Also what about the plunge? Or where does it stand in your ranking? Thanks

I live in a cold climate. Can get to -20 a few days every winter but generally lows in the 0-30 range. What is the best cold plunge that won’t freeze in winter? We have a hot tub we love that is specifically designed to handle cold outdoor temps and not freeze (which would destroy pipes, etc). I’d love to find a cold plunge that does the same.

Hey. I have been doing my cold plunge now for 2 weeks now. I really like it but was wondering how long you stay in for. I have done 10 minutes twice with no problem but after I get out and dry off I can’t warm up for hours and actually feel kinda bad. Is too long too bad?? Thanks

Can someone explain to me how the Ice Barrel is worth $1200? It’s literally just a plastic barrel. You can buy a plastic tub from tractor supply for $100. Is it insulated or something?

Had my first plunge the other day in the barrell I got based on your rec. Leaving it outside in the winter in Ohio for now, and will set it up in the garage with a chiller when it's warmer. It was about 44 degrees and I'm sure will get a lot colder in the coming weeks.

Really enjoyed the experienced using it, especially how it feels to use and sit in it, and very much looking forward to many more.

I really appreciate your reviews because it made the decision of what to go with much easier for me.

David, great video! I'm having a hard time deciding between squatting in a barrel or laying down in polar monkey. I like being vertical, but concerned it might get uncomfortable for longer plunges. I'm 5'9", and needing to get neck deep due to old injury. Your thoughts?

Do you have a video showing how to set up

How good is the inflatable tub at maintaining temperature? I'm in the Daytona area, so right now it's pretty hot and I'd like to keep my plunge at 40 degrees.

I’m curious how the PolarPod Chamber is. I’ve been looking at that one and the Ice Barrel 300 and Polar Monkey. So many options!!

Hi David, why dont you talk IceBarrel to pre-drill those holes at top to put the hoses and wires in. and also sell the full kit you have put together to have a complete setup with one purchase.

Live in Maine, this winter i used a Rubbermaid and as you imagine i did not have to chill the water. I really am interested in the polar monkey now that the warmer weather is coming. Does the polar monkey have plugs to close the pump holes so i could drain the chiller in the winter when it was not needed?

I got the eco chiller set up that you advertised

What plunge would you recommend for commercial use?

Would you consider the chiller and filter unit on the Polar Monkey noisy or relatively quiet?
