Whenever we go through unpleasant situations in our lives, that's the most crucial time to express gratitude, for its through those times we have the greatest opportunity to really annihilate and eradicate the ego. When the ego dies the soul truly awakens. "Thank you, Father for helping me to kill my ego day by day" is one of my constant mantras. What a feeling of FREEDOM, POWER and LOVE it truly brings.
