How Many Sprays Of Fragrance Should You Do?

3-5? 5-8? Over 15?

I rather take a decant with me and apply after a couple hours. 4-7 sprays is what I usually apply.

3 to 5 indoors/office. Outdoors up to 20. U can get away spraying 20 times with Parfums De de Marley Pegasus outdoors, so it really depends. Some fragrances don't project after 30mins to an hour and it becomes a skin scent. Know your fragrance, the place, occasion.
My signature is PDM Pegasus, I have sprayed over 30 outdoors and skin scent after 2 hours. That's how well I know it. I went from 10 to 15 to 20 and stopped at 30.

For me it depends on the fragrance. For something like Carlisle I will do 2-3 sprays max while I do at least 10 sprays for Elysium, I also spray twice on the same spot to boost its longevity.

Totally depends on the fragrance and the environment. Indoors and smaller types of areas with something like grand soir just 2 sprays. Bigger areas I’d do 3 sprays. I also prefer to reapply a fragrance many hours later instead of applying a lot at once to try to boost its longevity.

Depends entirely on the fragrance but typically 2-3, for fragrance with bad longevity I put on a fragrance free moisturizer, let it soak in and then spray on top of it, it makes the scent last longer for me.

Depending on the scent as many as you want😏👍I've been collecting since the 80s and fragrances are more potent and a lot are airy so it depends on the scent

I feel like my skin doesnt project scents too well. i did 5 sprays of herod and my date only noticed when she got really close to me. So i think on myself i gotta do like 7-8 of the PDM Herod and Layton. Havnt tried my bottle of Carlisle maybe it would different. But also Mercedes Benz Club Black projects better off of me. I got a few compliments with 4 sprays but too me that felt like a lot for that scent.

No range in particular. All depends on the potency of the scent, the event/occasion, indoors vs outdoors, etc. It could be 3 sprays or 13 sprays! lol Also depends if I layer with one of my attars and/or Molcule 01 or 02.

It's going to depend on so many factors. 3-5 is a joke to my skin, but my sister can spray 4 and everyone complains... even me... at 16 sprays for most fragrances I own.

I do 8-10 . I do one spray on each of my wrist, one spray on the inside of each elbow, one spray behind each ear, one spray in the chest and in summer(when I’m wearing skirts/shorts/armhole) behind each knee and each shoulder blade. Luckily the strongest fragrance I own is Scandal and that one I cut back to 4-5.

I don't understand why people care about overspary or underspray. Get a travel atomiser, keep it in pocket. Spray 3 after every 4 hours (if the fragrance is weak); if strong, spray after 8 hours, that is it... This way you smell good all day. People smell you too. You have no issues with performance either. You are not choking anyone out. How long it takes ? Just 30 seconds to spritz three sprays .

There's a relationship with each and every bottle. Imo it's about how you want to manage the relationship. I'm gone spend time with you but I don't want you to be too loud. Easy on the trigger but depends on the relationship.

Im about 5 to 8 too. Molocule 01 i get busy with the sprays though lol. So if a weaker not as heavy fragrance i go more

Do 8 with figment man amouage LOL. Hahaha your gonna wanna throw up afterwards because it’s soo strong. I rem I tried it in the mall jus sprayed my left arm with 4 sprays and went to dinner. I literally had to keep my arm under the table the entire time because it was soo strong.
