He should be sent to prison for trying to intimidate witnesses that which he has done 10 times during his trial in Manhattan regardless of the Judge’s admonition and numerous warnings!

It is a sickness that this is even being discussed. SCOTUS is determining if pigs can really fly by hearing from aviation experts. 😂

This hearing sounds to me like the nine-member SCOTUS attempting to be educated by word-salad spewing Sauer.

This is just dang gone CrAzY that the Supreme Court would even take this case.

Oh boy we get to hear an argument that is common sense and everyone already knows.

Proof positive that we could send this question to a group of 3 year olds and save a lot of money.

Trump calls Nikki Haley voters “birdbrains” because they still vote for her in protest against him.
He doesn’t get it! 😂

For an issue a primary schooler knows the answer, the 9 judges of the highest court of the land are debating about it? Why? Who is paying them?

Millions of Americans should be watching this hearings and yet there are only a little more than 60, 000 people! What a shame!

Should the Court find in favor of absolute presidential immunity for crimes committed while in office, how would this ruling protect the judiciary and its members from potential acts of violence or coercion by a sitting president, including those that might directly threaten the personal safety and independence of the justices themselves?

They really know how to dig up extravagant words. Will normal people get lost during the argument? Interpretation departs from common sense!

What’s going on with the lawyers voice? Give a cough drop!

It's clear that many of us believe that SCOTUS has not and will not in this case act in good faith. Good faith would be Clarence Thomas recusing himself because his wife was engaged in the Jan 6 insurrection. Good faith would be Thomas recusing himself from cases that involve 'good friends' who have contributed to his serendipitous vacations. And that goes for Alito too. Roberts runs a corrupt court and that's a far cry from good faith.

I love KAGAN. She said, the President is not a monarch. The President is not above the law VOTE 100% BLUE BIDEN HARRIS no 3rd party. NO IMMUNITY FOR trump OR ANY PRESIDENT. ONLY LAWLESS PRESIDENTS NEED IMMUNITY.

There is something about the way justices talk that makes them sound as above the law and out of this world.

MAGAs will argue over BS endlessly to help T, when everyone else can CLEARLY see the correct/moral answer immediately. This is a waste of the courts time. WHY did they even agree to hear this crap??!!
