The Democratic National Committee began its virtual roll call vote to formally nominate Kamala Harris for president on Thursday. Harris’s official nomination will be made on Monday when the vote closes. Donald Trump's possible motivation for erroneously questioning VP Harris' Black identity the day before at the National Association of Black Journalists' convention is discussed by Joy Reid and her guests.
