While conveying engineering data, the message conveyed across to other people is vital. The engineers have to choose the right words to convey the data. It is commonly viewed that the most confusing words are Precision and Accuracy. In this video, we will be explaining the basic difference between these two words.

Precision - Precision is defined as a refinement in measurement, calculation, specification or anything which is represented by numbers.
Accuracy - Accuracy is the degree to measure the result of a measurement, calculation and specification. Accuracy measures the correctness of a value or a standard.

For example, Let’s assume there was an archery competition between 4 people. Each person is expected to shoot 6 shots.

A - Noob - No Shots - Inaccurate and Imprecise
B - Expert - 6 Shots - Accurate and Precise
C - Expert - No Shots - Inaccurate and Precise
D - Novice - 4 Shots - Accurate and Imprecise

I believe this is a much better def: ''Precision and accuracy are two ways that scientists think about error. Accuracy refers to how close a measurement is to the true or accepted value. Precision refers to how close measurements of the number of a same item are to each other.''
Your video runs in circles around the 2 points.
