There is one thing that makes cobus special.. he cover a song that doesn't focus on the drum and cobus put his magic into that songs.. thats what make it realy special..

Dude, im a drummer at our church and a drummer as well on festivals. But I cant stope watching this video. Same with the "Take a Look around'" vid. THis is really hard work and a fruit of labor of how you have started way way back years ago. Keep up! Keep inspiring many people!

I put down the drums several years ago after I had to move into the city after playing everyday for a decade. Cobus was one of my biggest inspirations. Very clean. He has always improvised in light of the song instead of just mindlessly improvising for his own sake.

Literally, cobus was the reason why i got into drumming.. I was just watching all this videos back then and that's when i knew how to drums. I didn't get any lessons how, i just watched his videos and i learned a thing or two.. Cobus is my hero..
