It’s been SO long since a mod team didn’t try to overdo it with revamping a mod with like 10 new songs, this is the perfect mix of modernizing songs to be amazing but keeping the mod what it is, nostalgic and cool like it was as it released, no need for a huge project that’ll probably get canned. Love the mod!

Hate the creator, not the original mod, we don’t talk about Mayz… but yeah, I have a soft spot for SNS ever since it first went on GameBanana. A mod based on my favorite creepypasta? How could I say no?! I absolutely loved SNS, despite stuff going on outside the mod. However, my hatred for HIM can’t stop me from loving the mod. I was excited about Shipy making an overhaul of one of my favorites, but when she stopped the mod, I was sad, but I understood she was VERY burned out and depressed, good on you Shipy, I hope you’re doing well! Rookies Team did a phenomenal job with this retake. I loved every second of the songs and art. Mickey looks amazing and is at his most deranged with his smile. The voice actor for Mickey nailed it, especially with the laugh. And just like the original, Smile is hands down the best song in the mod. I just love somber songs. Overall a fantastic retake on an oldie, but a VERY goodie mod that I still love to this day. 10/10

This is strangely comforting for me. It’s like a mix of nostalgia for the og mod, the original creepypasta, and its melancholic, short and sweet pacing creates a limbo between peace and dread. This sounds corny but it’s what I feel, and it’s a breath of fresh air compared to the high energy of most mods today.
