Every time I watch a video of yours, I try my best to figure out why you don't have 100k+ subscribers!! You bring so much information to all of us. ❤

I love that the key has a slot for a keychain. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere else, so thanks!

Nice video Barefoot Beth! I think this may be the only comprehensive video on the Canyon on YT. The only one I have seen anyway. Thank you for giving us the low down.

Great review Beth. I first saw the Canyon at SpyderQuest in Lake George NY in September. Although not for me, I am certain CanAm will be successful with this model which is truly different than the Ryker, F3 and RT models. Cheers Beth!

Nice video, Beth. Looks like Can-Am is trying to bring a 3 wheeler into the 2 wheel ADV market. Think this will be a great model for we taller riders. The first thing that hit me was it shares the big, boxy look of BMW's GS Adventure which came out recently. Way to go Can Am!

That is an amazing offering. Options are a good thing. I'm no longer interested in "off-roading, " but that is a solid optional platform. If the highway ride/comfort is still very comfortable, I would really consider that over the others including the RT, but that is being said without riding them. The possibilities of upgrading / mods just went off the chain. Good job Can-Am... Coach To help with normal road / touring, a driver backrest and forward foot pegs would be very nice, and not take away from the off pavement adventures, imo.

How will you tackle semi deep to deep ruts left by 4wheel vehicles on trails? Front in rut and make it tip forward causing the under pan to scrape?
Or go abit to the side making rear in rut and tilt backwards but also might cause damage to the sides of the swing arm and possibly the belt drive

Here something thats always bugs me and prevents me from getting one

Please see if its feasible to also cover the XT and base models. Specifically with a clear view of the larger boxes on top.
Also if there is any word on when we can see these in showrooms.
This is perhaps the most in-depth review so far this year- on the canyons.

Great review, Beth, and fantastic camera work, Coach Bob 3! I've been waiting for somebody to do a review on this thing. I love the height I love the storage but I wonder with the extra weight and height on something like that how much it's going to affect the fuel mileage. I will probably never be able to afford it but I certainly like the idea of it. Good on Can-Am for finally putting a slot in for the key. For the 4 years I had my rocker I was always terrified that I would lose it LOL

Are they automatics like the rykers or gears like the spider

Love and own F3L's ... I do like the off-road "idea" but I think it doesn't offer much more than aesthetics and some clearance compared to standard F3L. I take the F3L camping all the time on nasty fire roads but would not truly go off-roading unless there was all wheel drive.

I would definitely like to do a BDR on one.

Thoughts on the Canyon. First the last thing I want on an adventure machine is more electronics and sensors and crap. The bags are good, they look like what was on the F3 police models. ground clearance could be a bit better. Skid plate is a plus. The passenger seat does not look comfortable. They should of fully enclosed the belt. Yes, it can be done. Yamaha did it in the 80s with a fully enclosed oil bath chain drive on the XV920J. If I ever get my hands on a dead F3 Ill build it up. 3" lift, full skid plate. semi enclosed belt (already got that one figured), a tune for the computer that would allow slightly larger all-terrain tires (think BF Goodrich TA radials), lastly tow hitch with an off-road type coupler. Little trailer has 8" of ground clearance, the Spyder needs to match it.
