[100% Solution] This Video File Cannot Be Played (Error Code: 224003) – Google Chrome Fix

In this tutorial, I’ll give you detailed explanation on how to resolve this error. I’m giving you tested and proven ways which I also tried out. By following them, I would be convenient for you to fix the error.

Step 1 – Update Google Chrome Web Browser:

• On Google Chrome, click on “More”
• Click on “Help”
• Now, choose “About Google Chrome”
• If any updates are needed, Chrome will automatically update your web browser
• Once the update is complete, restart your web browser

Note: Restart your web browser after each step

Step 2 – Clear Cache and Cookies:

• Open Google Chrome
• Type “Ctrl + Shift + Del”
• Check mark all three options “Browsing history”, “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
• Press “Clear data”

Step 3 – Disable All Extensions From Chrome

• Click on “More”
• Go to “More Tools” and then Extensions

Step 4 – Turn Off Hardware Acceleration

I know it's been awhile since this video was posted, but please note that the creator of the video says to clear Google Chrome's Cache you press *Control + Shift + Delete*, but shortly afterwards *CTRL + ALT + DELETE* pops up in the video. Go by what he said, *not CTRL + ALT + DELETE* (also known as the "three-finger salute"), as depending on your Operating System that will open various different types of help screens. In Wikipedia, for Windows PC's it states _"Starting with Windows 95, the key combination invokes a task manager or security related component that facilitates ending a Windows session or killing a frozen application."_ Some people call it the Task Manager.
