Viral Strawberry Clusters

These are so easy and yummy

About 1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt - (you can use dairy free yogurt and it would just not contain much protein)
Stevia (optional)
Dark chocolate chips (the amount depends on whether you’re going to fully coat or drizzle)
Little coconut or olive oil

Set a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix strawberries with yogurt. Optional to add stevia or monk fruit.
Plop 1/8-1/4 cup dollops on a tray and freeze for 2 hours. Meanwhile melt chocolate by combining chocolate and oil in a microwave safe bowl for 1:30, stopping and stirring every 30 seconds.

Dip frozen clusters in the chocolate or drizzle the chocolate on top to reduce the added fat and sugar in this healthy and delicious snack.

Tip: use coconut oil instead of olive oil for chocolate melting. Olive oil gives chocolate a weird funky taste whereas coconut oil has a natural sweetness that will add flavour to the chocolate
