It would to have a the 7 seat version have higher longer roof line more in line with SUV’s like EV Rivian RS1, Hyundai 9 and Kia EV9. Mache E roof line is good aerodynamic compromise

I'm guessing the fact it's a smaller model y has nothing to do with the look or exterior design. But the it will use the giga castings which is not the case with the model 3

100% Tesla won't build a Model Y with 2 different wheelbases... This would require new stampings... 100% not going to happen.

Also you're badly informed if you hope Tesla could "bringt Back" the structural Pack at least in the US.... Tesla ist building the Model Y Standard Range in Germany with BYD Structural Pack and Front Casting since around May 2023... And i just got my new June 2024 Y Standard Range again with Structural BYD Pack and Front Casting.

Hear me out this is just my opinion but the way I look at it. The model Y is called an SUV but I don’t agree. The model to me is basically a station wagon on steroids or a modern version of the station wagon or an oversize car so increase in the size of the wheelbase in the next generation making the thing wider and longer would help to make this a better SUV if that’s what they want to target. Let’s hope they make a larger SUV with better ground clearance. Doesn’t mean the height have to be better just the ground clearance for rough road conditions and deep snow then they need to make it more roomy so those last set of seats in a seven passenger can actually hold, a full-size adult person comfortably then they’ll have something at least for what the United States consumer wants. But somehow, I doubt they’re going to actually do this suggestion, but it would be nice for larger families.

I don't think it's fair to say that Models S and X are not selling well. I see a good number of them out on the road.
