In my state anyone on game land when it’s rifle season have to wear 200 square inches of orange. So if you’re hiking on state game land you have to wear orange. I got a warning for wearing yellow when hiking. So now I have a orange vest and a orange pack cover just to be sure it’s 200 sq inches. I do hunt but only archery it’s more challenging I only got 1 buck in the 5 years I’ve been archery hunting compared to 1 a year. Some my see that as a downside but I’m out hunting more just not getting anything.

Sad, but true, there are a few hunters who will shoot a wandering dog because they feel it's ruining their hunting. Keep your dogs on a leash.
