6:10 the guide is nice, but this is just wrong. amd64 means any 64 bit CPU, and it has "amd" in the name because AMD was the company who first developed it(64 bit architecture). and x86 is the same as 32 bit architecture. so x86 is not for intel, it's for any 32 bit cpu/OS. and amd64 is for any 64 bit CPU/OS(because 64 bit OS wont run on 32 bit CPU anyways), respectively

I have recently switched to linux, and installed wine and was able to play wow tbc 2.4.3 w/o issue but was crashing often with errors related to insufficient memory. Not sure if your method will solve that issue but i went on and tried and logged in for a session and had no crashes. Even after taking a port and a summon which, aside from flying our of Shattrath seemed to be the most common cause if it.
