I think you forgot to mention that your weapon also needs to have a silencer

Isn't there a perk that extends the time chems work for? If so could you extend the time limit of calmax?

What about food, or metas that give you more Agility? 🤔 Also that's 5 can double if you use the perk cars that double the time of drugs that you use, i this is call Chem find of something like that
