“We think that if we’re successful in public, we will be happy in private. But it’s actually the other way around. When you’re happy in private, you will be successful in public.” – Jay Shetty ✨

Another great discussion Simon. You often must feel like your banging your head against a wall. Our systems need cultural and systematic overhauls that reflect their value - their people, the community. Thanks Simon

“If anyone is offensive and or is offended by someone’s opinions on one’s own bureaucracy to the choices of and for one’s own independent thoughts on life, then That’s not independence that’s manipulative behaviour”. The word “if” is of a relevant pressure here.

I think that many players in business know exactly that they are playing an infinite game, but one of the tactics is to announce that they are the "winners". They say: We have the best coverage or best network, and in small print they say by what criteria. That is a part of the strategy, you will always want to buy the "best" detergent for your laundry, or use the phone company with the "best" signal, or be employed at the company with the "best" experts working with you. Same is in politics. They are always "the best", because people don't bother spending months reading CV or program of every candidate. They pay a commercial that presents them as "the best" and people buy it. Unfortunately, we see that this strategy works.

@Simon Sinek just wanna draw your attention on something: there's a guy commenting with your face (claiming he's you) who's thanking people for watching and inviting them to discuss on a phone number. Check the first few comments.

If all teams and managers would follow your basic common-sense rules, we'd have a different concept of work
