is this consistent on all maps? because that gen looks very high up and out of hearing range. i hope its not a nerf considering this wasnt even something most people complained about. the bulk of the complaints for xeno's power are about the tail attack, not the tunnel system. the tunnels are already very weak on some maps/rng, it doesnt need to be nerfed

If this was an actual nerf, it feels kinda unnecessary. Xenomorph kinda needs that info while in the tunnels, or its gonna be hard to know what gen to pressure while down there. Kinda takes away incentive to use tunnels.

Can you still hear it with the perk Surveillance? It increases gen noise range, so I’m wondering if the range just got reduced somehow…

This seems really against the lore-accuracy of the Xenomorph, that would rip you a new one the moment you even breathed too loudly around it while it was in a vent. Terrible.

Fortunately, this was confirmed to be a bug by the devs shortly after being reported ^^

Honestly if it was an actual thing it would have been so damn tedious to patrol with tunnels.

I used to go through all generators after a hook to select which one I would pop, now that's not gonna happen! Behaviour, as always, making the killer experience worse and worse.
