The things Mick Foley did for sake if entertainment makes him top 10 goats. The pin tacs and barbwire was a Japanese thing, the FCC wouldn't allow in the WWF. But when Mick brought that for the first time, it changed everything.

You can't look at anything Mick Foley did as any of the gimicks and not wince more than a few times.

I read his first book in high school. The dust cover detailed every injury he had ended up with due to wrestling in the various different places. He was still wrestling when it came out and I swear the man is held together by hopes and dreams at this point.
