They’re WRONG to say you can’t recover. A little humility would help. #pppd #3pd #vestibular #mdds

This video made me cry!! It’s so true! I can’t tell you how important I think your efforts to educate the medical community are! 🙏

Yep a vestibular therapist told me those exact words 18 months ago, when I couldn't function at all...
It does and can get better, go Dr Yo you tell them 😇💯💥

It’s unbelievable the lack of empathy from the medical world these days. I have PPPD and I am getting better. Thanks for all you do to support us! ❤

I’m with you. I stand with everything you say and everything you have showed us. Folks trust Dr Yo. Her work is ground breaking. Be patient. It does take time and there will be set backs. But you got this.

I agree, I think you made a good argument for why their statement was reckless.

I can't get this study out of my head that said "people with PPPD improve short term with ssri and CBT, but thry typically only feel better for about a year before having a relapse". Harmful? YES! Whenever I have a high symptom day this study pops up in my head. Thank you for making these videos and giving us hope. You're a saint! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤

Please make more somatic tracking exercises for anxiety and fear as they really help❤❤

Yes and I went to a specialist this week and she said she doesn't know much about PPPD or how to treat it.

I call my condition TMP…( too much pressure) I was under so much pressure to do it All perfectly at the time of my onset of symptoms. Adopt a mantra of …just do the best that you can do. It takes the pressure off even if I’m just…walking, talking, getting out of the house. Going to a funeral…ouch!

And again I say (because if I actually say words, they will be bad ones 🤬

You didn’t say that it was treatable either, is that correct ?
