Thanks. First actual video ive watched about good complex carbs and some with protein. Never really cared about good complex carbs till i actually wanted to lose Weight/Fat. I've always wanted to gain weight not lose any. Took me forever to get to 200+ lbs. Injuries & surgeries have unfortunately kept me from lifting Heavyweight. So now its time to be lean & shredded. Started my own personal diet sometime in July 2023 and i was 195-190 lbs. It's August 18th 2023 and i weighed 179.8 lbs. Been so long since I've been under the 190's. Besides 4 post sugeries. Leg, abdominal and 2 shoulder replacements. That's my story lol
