Wow, this story was disturbing enough with the dispatcher's failure to take the boy's second call seriously but to now find out the police officers didnt do their job either is very disturbing to say the least. Those whose job it was to serve and protect seriously dropped the ball in this situation and should definitely be held responsible.

I think the big mistake was made by the person getting the call from the boy, this person thought it was a prank and gave this information to the police officer, that’s why that didn’t search intense enough.
