Motorcycle frame sliders are available in two distinct types, cut and no-cut sliders. While each type offers its own protective quality, choosing the right frame slider for your motorcycle depends mostly on your riding style and environment. Having crash protectors installed may make the difference between crashing out for the day, or being able to pick up the bike and ride it away. From a parking lot tip over, to a track day low side, these parts will help reduce the risk of severe damage to vital engine components, frame, and controls.

First video I saw from you guys, but wont be the last. Been putting off cutting my rc390 fairing especially since all the "no cut" sliders looked like the bolts would just snap off in a crash and have pretty poor design from an engineering standpoint. Good stuff. Subbed.

Hi tst, what do you recommend for a ninja 650.. Cut or not cut sliders.

I love the way he put it. The only pro of no cut sliders is the ease of installation. Say no more.

they also forgot to mention that when you put cut frame slider theres also a risk that you could destroy the frame of the bike if it gets caught on the road when you go down

Hi, I just bought Womet-Tech frame sliders for my 2009 R1 but it didn't include a template for cutting. Where can I get one?

Is the no cut version is good enough for r3 or do you recommend the cut version only. And does the position of frame slider matters?? If I use no cut version that's on a different position than that of the cut version. Does position matters?

for all those who say that cut frame sliders are good, I can show you some picture with permanent frame damage due to slider screw bending and braking/bending the motorcycle frame in screw area. never use those again, at least if no cut frame sliders fail the only damage will be sliders itself and maybe some plastics but nothing that cannot be fixed.
