My Hoya Heuschkeliana was the same as yours, wrinkled and sad. I checked the roots - they were rotted. It is now living in a cup of perlite in a plastic bag while it grows new roots. It’s happy and thriving. Not sure if it will ever leave the bag. 😊

the hoya hersh..if it doesnt plump after watering again then the roots are rotted and you need to cut it up asap and prop

Wow I would live some cutting of some of your plants I had a huge collection unfortunately we had a house fire two weeks before Christmas and lost everything I've gotten some plants since but nothing like really popular just the normal as if rightnow
