The First-Time Home Buyer Incentive has had lots of people questioning whether it was a PR stunt to sway voters before the 2019 election and in the end, it was true. Only 22% of funds were used and as a broker I will tell you that it was very impractical to use when people tried. Oh well, A for Effort.
