Honestly i have 20 rn and during the day i wish it was a tad bit darker. 15% seems like the happy medium

I have 20% in the front and rear and 5% in the back. I’m still contemplating how dark to go on the windshield. Idw to attract too much cop attention and I still want to be able to see decently at night….Overall during the day I kinda wish the front and rear windows were slightly darker. It’s still visible to see in and I don’t like that. But figured it would be better in deterring me getting pulled over. Overall I LOVE having tint….Just got black rims today. I’m hoping to really deck my vehicle all out eventually.

In my opinion, 20% is the perfect amount. Its dark enough to block out a lot of view, but not dark enough to grab the attention of police. Ive been pulled over and the cop actually told me my tint was fine. I used a tint meter and mines sitting around 13%

You might as well go 15% since a lot of 15% films are a true 18% VLT, and 20% films are really 25% VLT when you read the specs, they’re actually lighter than what they claim.

I got 5% all around and 35 on the windshield on my toyota camry, it keeps out those stupid blinding truck headlights that are brighter than the sun itself. I've had it for 10 months with no issues I love them so much, and the technician at toyota said he needs windshield tint after seeing mine lol.

20% from Walmart, the ‘’ nano ceramic ‘’ tint, is not the same 20% from the ones online that really feel like true tint film. Maybe it’s the MM of the tint or the products used to make the tints.

20% carbon tint is dark enough. 20% nano ceramic is classy, and ACTUALLY WORKS on keeping heat out with CLARITY, and just the right privacy during the day. People also forget about interior color contrast.
