Cute spot. Great view off the deck. Seller is either unserious or penny wise and pound foolish. If ya wanna sell your pig in a poke then get the tarp off and fix the shingles so roof can pass a water hose test and have the hot tub hauled off. Otherwise don’t expect to get anywhere near $10k asking price

why would the present owner just replace a few roof shingles . and window air unit to save on A C costs? does the central air work? how about the present owner having the hot tub hauled off . i know someone will buy this home but the next question i have is what year is this home and after two hurricanes this past year who is going to insure this home.

That trailer has to be built in the late 60’s or really early 70’s

I cannot find the lot rent listed anywhere. I would hardly call this "waterfront" it's a man made "pond". Last year thet started to list this property for sale at $39, 000 and now that it's dropped to $12, 000 they are trying to dump it. Most likely due to way high lot rent. My guess is $900 or more per month in lot fees that can increase at any time. You're welcome for the comment. Be honest and list the lot rent!

How many gators are in that lake? A realtor told us every body of water in Florida has gators living in it! That's why we never moved to Florida.

This is my dream home. Can I put in a boat lift for my 42’ Midnight Express w, 600 HP Quad Mercury motors? I don’t think the neighbors will mind. I’m sure you have a recommendation for the boat dock. I don’t even care about the non working hot tub, no golf cart and window unit.
