The key is Batman uses his brain and tech. To win, rather than pure strength or power. He represents the power of mankind, not fantasy.

Then there is Alfred...the ultimate superhero.

Well Batman did defeat the entire Justice league... But in a one on one physical fight super man would simple punch him into orbit, Then Batman would somehow come out of nowhere and stab superman in the neck with kryptonite and win.

Have you guys ever wanted to see a scenario where green lantern would use his ring to construct fake kryptonite. Then he's like:

Green Lantern: Hey sups! Look at what I found!
Superman: (turns and sees "kryptonite") Gaaah!
Green Lantern: (Laughs hysterically) HA! Your face!
Superman: Waaait a minuete.... Batman's idea?
Green Lantern: Oh yea!
Superman: (Immediately flies to batman) BATS YA KNOW HOW HUMILIATING THAT IS?!?!?!
Batman: (Smiles)

It always makes me smile when Superman fans get uptight about this. They always say, "Superman could kill him in a heart beat". YES. He COULD. But then, is he Superman any more? Or a super powered murderer? Fact is, Superman will always stop short of really hurting Batman, but Batman will do anything and everything short of killing Superman. So please, factor that in. Batman will used tricks, he will used gadgets, he will used his superior strategic mind, he will use everything in his power including a Batman shaped Ironman suit. The term "Batman win's" isn't a get out. It's the shortest possible way of saying "Batman plans and dictates the fight by knowing his opponent so well as to predict his moves before he makes them and draw them into defeat".
Besides, Batman doesn't need to win a fight against Superman to be seen to have won and gain Supermans respect. 
He only needs to not lose.
And thats how I see this Batman v Superman fight going. A draw.
