Surprised builder didn't defend itself citing "business failure" or such other reason. I have seen builders file counter-cases against customers/allottees, like defamation etc. The path is not always so neat & clean.

Isn't it possible for the builder to bribe in magistrate like they have with the police? Or is the magistrate incorruptible unlike the police?

When a protest petition is filed after closure of FIIYaar, does that work as a private complaint in section 200 or does it still go on as a state case? Waiting for your answer earliest.

What if the Builder is not present at the mentioned address ? What if he keeps changing his address ? It will take too much time to get the Summons delivered and also the report of the same will take the time

Sir but the procedure is
1 to file FIR
2. to S.P
3 by virtu of s156(3) and s190 of crpc we can file complaint to magistrate

Yes but most of the time the magistrate won't take the cognizance of such matters and would direct to refer the matter to RERA.
