Lot of people choosing grey not realising black doesn't appear very often in nature. Makes them easy to spot and take out.

I love the black, but I also love the green, and I think I like the green loadout more, so right, yeah green loadout looks better because fo the guns 🔫

In terms of communication, the desert camo has headphones. Those could be ear muffs, but what's the point of that if you can't hear your squad?
The grey will be better for stealth, not because of the dark colors, but also the full body coverage makes the figure one solid color, but the grey fighter has the ability to hear more.
The only downside is that when it's needed, grey will reach for the hip only to see there's no pistol.
These both are for very different purposes. Grey is for quick urban missions, and the desert camo is for long, multi hour missions under the unforgiving rays of the sun.

The desert camo is made to keep a soldier alive for hours, and the urban camo is designed to raid buildings in a short amount of time.
