Harris failed to run on what we support. She didn't discuss a public option on the exchange, she was the first Democrat in decades not to talk about K-12 education, and she didn't talk about good government - like banning Congressional stock trading. These are basic liberal issues and we didn't discuss them. On top of everything else, Harris failed politically. To wit: As VP, she didn't campaign in the battleground states during the midterms, she didn't build international credibility by attending foreign events, and she didn't publicly campaign on the President's agenda.
