What advantage is there in using continuous L instead of H? Focus time?

Why does the image seem to bounce around so much on the continuous extended? It kind of throws me off when shooting birds and trying to watch the bird as I shoot

When I shoot my Z5 in continuous mode, I get a blackout frame between every shot. I've tried everything to make it go away...but it's still there. Any suggestions?

You did not show us how to set up continuous or burst shooting. How do I do it? Crapy video from Nikon, you should do better
