Today given birth to a baby my first baby and labor woah 🤯 sister you can’t imagine have no rest between each contractions 1 to 10 centimeters in three hours labor was insane and the pushing 😊just pushed like 4 to 6 minutes now still at the hospital 🏥 really this story is gonna my story for the rest of my life 😂

For all yall saying this makes you not wanna have kids, the hormones released after birth give you amnesia, and you literally forget the pain as soon as that baby is in your arms! At that point, nothing hurts, youre giddy and practically high off the love and affection flowing through your exhausted mom-brain. It makes it worth it :)

I delivered my daughter at 6cm, she came at 23 weeks weighing 1lb. 1oz. 11in. She is 6 years old now and we’re trying for another but I have an “incompetent cervix” diagnosed AFTER birth 🥴… Have you had successful stories of women that hasn’t gotten the stitch and just went on say bed rest and went to term or close to it? I don’t think my mental health can go through another pregnancy that early again. The amount of Nurses, Doctors, and staff telling us to just peacefully let her pass away (there exact words) instead of continuing to save her life and provide care, I don’t think I could do over again. Thankfully we didn’t listen to any of them (literally there was no one on our side except for a few Nurses when she went to the NICU). Thankfully we listened to our hearts instead and she’s the most happiest, sassiest 6 year old I’ve ever seen 😅 But I’d love to hear more about an incompetent cervix and recommendations while pregnant. I never realized just how many women have it and there’s not much education on the topic. 🩷💙 Thank you and new sub!!!!
